buggs buggys car dealer in Memphis, TN

They owe me $8787.30. Last week I received the first check they promised and it bounced. I was told $1000 a week would be paid until they had the total amount refunded to me for the vehicle they were not able to get a title on for 6 weeks. I purchased the Yukon in March 2007 and returned it in May and have not received any money refunded. they need to lose their dealers license. I plan on getting an attorney and suing for the amount due plus interest and attorney fees. Thanks, Jon nelson

We never agreed to purchase this vehicle. You vehicle remains here with its title. Please call the state of TN because this complaint was denied by the TN Dept. of Safety and Revenue.

Your car remains here on consignment. Luckily for you we have not issued mechanic lien and/or storage papers. We have been stuck with your vehicle for 1.5 years.

If you want your vehicle come get it. We could not guarantee too sell or purchase this vehicle for more than you paid for it, due ot a tradein.
