today with a non functional ph # 800/624-9897. It has requested a 7 digit

extension number which was never given to me and I am consciously

disconnected as I attempt to proceed with your annoying menu driven phone

service. This on-going charade that DELL has going with their "customer

service program" is insulting to all DELL customers. It will be my pleasure

to impart my experience with DELL to as many stockholder/investors of DELL

that I possibly can. Ever since I have attempted to get any satisfaction as

related to this case, I have been given the run around and double talk.
