Tracfone,

I just got off the phone with your customer service, rather he hung up on me.

I was explaining to him that I tried to purchase a tracfone on line Friday 8/3/07 and everytime I put all the info in the debit card no. and all the personal info then go to check out it kept coming up "credit card error" so I repeated it several times and then I quit. I thought something was wrong with your system. So when sat came I went to withdraw money my account said insufficient funds, So I went to the Bank and they told me Tracpone charged me 5 times of $21.64. I just want the charges reversed and the money put back into my account. The bank said your company would have to reverse the charges like this, send a fax to 1-866-611-9926 with a supervisors signature stating these were overcharges and my 16 digit account no. on it.
