re: order # FTS14034

 

I have not received the mattress that is a part of the order. I have spoken with Adam and Drew. The mattrees has not arrived. I expect a response to this e- mail as soon as possible. I have called numerous times, today alone I have placed 4 calls and waited listening to music. No one answers the phone. Original was placed July 8, 2007. Received the frame on July 16, 2007. I have e-mailed customer service 5 times with little follow up.. I have received 2 answers which were generic. I have spoken with Adam who stated on July 20, 2007 that the mattress would be sent that day and would arrive in the middle of the following week. I did not receive it. I called and spoke with Drew who stated that he would call me back but failed to do so. i called Drew back and was told that the vendor for the mattress does not answer the phone. Todat is August 7, 2007 and no one answers the phone. Your we site states that customer satisfaction is important. I have not seen any attempt to

satisfy this customer. I expect the mattress to be ddelivered with a call from the company.
