This auto body shop has the worst customer service that I have ever seen. They are very deceptive in their business practices. Reputable body shops will schedule an appointment for you to bring your car in when they can start working on it. This way if your damaged vehicle is driveable you will not be without transportation or use up you rental time allowed by your insurance before your car is repaired. Collision Masters will lie and tell you to leave your car making you believe they are going to start the work. Once you have signed the contract and left your vehicle you find out when your rental car time is about to expire that your vehicle is not even close to being ready.

Once they have your car they won't return your calls or they are extremely rude and indifferent. The General Manager, Mike Leblanc is the worst about being rude and sarcastic to customers. They advertise that they have a loaner car but it is never available - it doesn't exist. They advertise that they accecpt major credit cards, but you will have to pay the 2 - 3 % transaction fee.

The office are is the dirtiest, nastiest place I have been in. They take no pride in their appearance. The office actually smells terrible.

This is a very unprofessional operation. This company violates US Immigration laws by hiring and knowingly maintaining undocumented workers. They do not even require any dentification for their employees. Consequently they are violated IRS laws by not taking out taxes on employees.

Take your business to a professional shop that follows the laws and has professional customer service.
