lifornia:=0A=0AI purchased a pair of Kemmore Elite refrigerator freezer se=
parates (side by side)which were delivered on 7/17/07. To increase my usab=
le freezer space I called that day and ordered 2 extra fixed shelves. A we=
ek later I received 2 pieces of glass without any hardware to attach them t=
o the rack on the back wall. I was stunned that someone would send glass =
replacements when I made it very clear that I needed 2 complete fixed shelv=
es for my new purchase. I called parts and was told that a repair man woul=
d have to come and assess my needs and there would be a 135 charge unless h=
e deferred it. The tech came the next day ordered the hardware for the gla=
ss shelving for 2 fixed shelves and didn't charge me. About 10 days later t=
he hardware arrived for 2 sliding shelves. Totally useless. I have spent al=
most 2 hours today explaining this scenario to perhaps 10 different Sears s=
taff. I was put on hold for about 40 minutes altogether; promised a call b=
ack and
wasn't, was told that the that parts for a fixed shelf were not in the cat=
alog; and when I finally called yet again and got a parts rep to find the =
part and arrange for delivery and pick up of the wrong parts was again dic=
onnected. This had to been one of the the worst retail experiences on the =
phone I have ever had. I am calling yet again to try and get the correct pa=
rts sent. A more horrible comic incompetent experience would qualify for =
an Academy Award=0A=0ABob Waks=0ABerkeley California=0A=0A =0ABob=0A=0A=0A =
