Hi, On May 11 I booked a $1678 tour for January, and

$300 deposit was charged to my Visa card. On July 23

I e-mailed cancellation which company acknowledged.

Having received no Visa credit, I e-mailed Aug 1,

receiving reply that refund of deposit would not be made.
