National City Bank

National City is the poorest excuse for a bank i have ever seen... I was

with Harbor Federal bank and they were bought out by National City. They

purposely have their online system running days behind on transactions so

you never know how much money you actually have in your account, and if you

call customer service and complain they'll tell you to keep a better ledger

in your check book... who the hell uses a checkbook these days? I actually

had a teller tell me to put in $20 to keep me with a positive balance only

to come in the next day to deposit my paycheck and loose money in 2 NSF's

that hit over night... I said, wait a second, i came in last night and put

$20 in my account per what the teller was telling me on HER computer

screen. The teller was even there and verified what i said, only to find out

the teller didnt know how to use the computer properly. They wouldn't remove

either NSF so i closed my account out and left, and they couldn't have cared

less. I said 'This is the worst bank i've ever seen' and the teller said

'Yea, we have alot of people saying that lately'. Hahaha... Now they send a

notice that they need another $37 for another NFS. Yea right... WORST.

BANK. EVER. Stay clear of National City... -Matt
