Goldflirt Dating Site To whom it may concern,
I would like to file a complaint about the online dating site Goldflirt.com. I have been a member of this site for about 1 year now. I have never experienced any problems with this site, other than the occasional problem with the server being down for maintenance. Today, I have tried to log in several times to retrieve some messages, only to find out that my profile had been deleted. There was not even any explanation or a customer service number or contact information on where I can contact them so that I can find out what happened to my account and profile. I would like to point out as well, that I had about 600 dollars US in this account, that I would use to replenish my account. For them to just delete my account and not provide me with a customer number or support line where I could contact them to reestablish my account, leads me to one conclusion, that Goldflirt just stole 600 dollars from me. I am very irate and unsatitisfied. I feel bad about not being able to contact with the women that I was exchanging messages with on a regular basis. I would appreciate any help which your company can provide me with in contacting Goldflirt to reestablish my account and profile, with all of my contacts and messages that I had exchanged with the women on this site. In the absense of the aforementioned help, then I will request that your company help me to recover my 600 dollars that I had in this account. Thank you for your assistance into this matter.
