United Recovery Systems Inc

My wife and I have been struggling financially mostly due to the poor economy in Michigan.? With increasing prices on everything and declining pay from our employers we were finding it hard to make ends meet.? We decided to contact a company called Credit Solutions to help us get out of the debt that we had created with mainly gas, food, and daily necessity charges.? We have been in the program for about 8 months now and they have been great, but one of our accounts was transferred to United Recovery Systems Inc.? The account was under my wife's name so they started harassing her at work and she just kept telling the associate that I was handling all of the account information.? First off they are not supposed to be contacting anybody at work and harassing them about their accounts, but this woman Ms. Garrison was to put it plainly very rude with my wife.? My wife called me crying because of the verbal abuse she took from this woman.? She gave me Ms. Garrison's information to contact her, but I called Credit Solutions instead, because they are supposed to be handling things like this for us.? They told me to ignore her antics because she was just trying to collect the debt no matter what the cost.? Just as I hung up with them I get a phone call on the other line (I am at work as well).? It is Ms. Garrison and she was even worse then my wife explained.? She basically was threatening me into trying to give her the answers she wanted to hear, but what I found even more amazing is that she had pulled my credit report without my permission because for one that is how she got my work number (my wife refused to give it to her) and because she had detailed information about my personal credit history.? She continued to get loud with me and cut me off when I was trying to explain everything to her and if it wasn't the answer she wanted to hear she would just cut me off and start raising her voice.? She even threatened me that I was going to lose my house (in a round about way) by bringing up the fact of where my mortgage is being held and that she will just call them up to get her money (which again is illegal).? Finally after I explained to her 5 or 6 times that Credit Solutions was handling my account she got tired of my continued answer and continued to get louder and louder.? At the end of the phone call she was screaming at me asking me if I was going to take care of this account or not.? She asked me this question about 7 times with each one getting louder and my answer was always the same... "Credit Solutions is taking care of that account for me" finally after her continued verbal abuse wasn't getting to me she just hung up on me.
