Dodge Durango

Dodge Durango Betty Bruce, Huntsville TX=20 I purchased a Town and Country from Chrysler and have concluded that Chrysler is about to go under. I have never faced more frustration from an auto transaction than this one. We, my husband and I, have bought or leased Chrysler products for more than ten years without this kind of difficulty. I contacted you earlier about the wrong address and ugly phone calls at the beginning of the Town and Country lease and you responded back to me. At least I think it was this address. So I am back. We turned in a Dodge Durango (7001237713 Acc #) and now that is problematic. We paid what was required at the beginning and then the other day we received the bill for the over-mileage, which we expected. The bill noted a cracked windshield. There was no cracked windshield when we turned the car in. But to avoid hassle I simply paid what you asked. I mailed the check the next day. Then we received a call asking if we were going to pay and now I have another letter. What is wrong with you guys. I tried to call about all this and the person I finally reached said he could not handle the issue and he gave me a number. When I hung up I realized that it was the number I had just called. He also gave me a second number and the voice mail there said the number was out of service. You have convinced me that Chrysler is not the car to buy today. My husband's lease is up on his Crossfire in February. I assure you we will go elsewhere for his next car and I will never buy a Chrysler car again. Surely some one in the company is or should be concerned with the poor treatment of at least one long-time customer.
