I'm an active duty soldier heading back for my third year in Iraq and I ordered a couple pair of Hatch gloves about almost two months ago. I received an order confirmation email (with a bogus "status" link) and my credit card was charged. Four weeks later I hadn't seen the gloves so I simply sent an email asking for the status. This email was ignored as where the three that followed. Several phone messages were also never returned. This company doesn't actually let you talk to a human, only their answering machine so they don't have to actually deal with a customer. After my repeated attempts to contact their customer service to find out the status of my order I felt forced to contact the Better Business Bureau. It would seem this compelled somebody to get off their ass and straighten my order out. I just received a completely impersonal email that simply defended their poor service rather than apologize and explain the delay. All I ever wanted was to be informed of the status. I'm aware that sometimes deliveries get messed up, but for this company to ignore repeated emails and phones calls of a customer who has given them money for a product they never sent is simply unacceptable. I would highly recommend that if you're fortunate to have read this and other complaints of this company, that you give your money to a company that actually does what you're paying them to do and actually has the slightest concern for their customers. I can't recommend enough for everybody to stay away from this company. Simon B. US.
