I had put in a very large order from their website at almost midnight,

Sunday, August 6th. When my receipt came up on the webpage it had an error.

I called the phone number *listed as a 24 hour number* and a recording

said they were *closed*. I was to call back the following day *during

business hours* (?). So I did.

I was told that they could do nothing about it since it was *already

prepared for shipment* (?) This is absurd...in a few hours? Besides, it

takes *weeks *for their items to *arrive*!

I then said I wished to cancel the order. As far as I know the law states

that one has the right to cancel any order within three days and this had

only been a few hours. They said I couldn't. I asked for a company contact

and they said they couldn't give me that information. If anyone knows how to

contact these people, I would appreciate knowing. I think they're taking too

much advantage.

The phone number I have is: 620-584-8000 but better yet file something with the BBB in Illinois. That is where they are based.

I too had 'an incident' with them.

A catalog they sent out did not have the correct code for what they were advertising for shipping.

I filed a complaint with Illionis BBB.

Someone needs to know about their shady business practices.

Wonder how many people were RIPPED OFF by them with out even knowing when the total was higher due to shipping charges?
