My husband and I purchased a 07 Tahoe at Champion back in January of this year. I specifically told the salesperson there that we were looking for a flexfuel tahoe. He was happy to help us but of course why wouldn't he be. I asked the salesman 3 or 4 times that night if he was sure the vehicle was flexfuel , and time and time again he assured us it was. Well we purchased the vehicle. Everyone was so attentive to our needs we couldn't believe how smoothly it went. Well what do you know? Two weeks ago I called GM services and gave them my VIN number to tell me what options I had on my tahoe, to my surprise Flexfuel wasn't one of them. I was so mad when I heard "sorry maam your tahoe is not flexfuel" What! I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I called Champion the same day but wasn't able to speak to a manager because they were busy. Gm called them and they would not respond to them either. I kept calling everyday for a week and a half..nothing they were always busy. Finally

I got of hold of the customer relations manager she told they were going to help me and that they fired the salesperson that sold us the vehicle. I waited for their call to see when the problem was going to be resolved but got nothing. Well I decided to pay a visit to the dealer, I got there and immediately asked for the general manager but instead got the sales manager. He told me that he had spoken to the general manager and was authorized to help me. I thought finally some help. Well we got to talking and he told me yes we are going to convert your vehicle so you can have the flexfuel option he leaves to the back. He comes back and tells me I am sorry but we cannot do that because we cannot get the parts as they are unavailable, so he said we are going to make a clean trade so it will be more convenient for you. I sat there for 2 and a half hours with my baby waiting till finally the salesperson comes and tells me this is your new payment. They were not trying to help

me! They were trying to sell me another vehicle! Ha! They expected me to fall for the scam and pay ten thousand more dollars for their mistake! I was outraged and told the salesperson that what they were doing wasn''t fair for us. He got upset and told me well either you leave it or take it. That I should of known what I was buying. Well I think he is such a fool. Isn't that why us customers go to a dealership they are suppose to know what they are selling aren't they getting the commision? I asked to speak to the general manager again and they told me he had left to try to call him. Well I did and still nothing no apologies, no information about what they are going to do to resolve my issue nothing.Everytime I call they say leave your name and message and they will call you back but I think that is their way of avoiding the problem. The salepeople there do not know anything about the cars they sell as I can prove it. Hopefully this complaint helps the people out there do

not go to Champion in Houston Tx they offer excellent customer service when you make a purchase but they are unable to handle the problems afterwards. Atleast Gm Srvices was there to listen and they have filed several complaints of them.

Yes, I also was a victim of poor service with unexperience salesperson and unprofessional. Remember what happen to Bill Heard Chevrolet, if they keep it up. Soon they will lose alot of customers as well. I am not going to make another deal with Champion Chevrolet or any affiliations with Champion Chevrolet.
