6 DEFECTIVE DVDs THAT ALL HAD TO BE DISGARDED !!

I just bought 6 DVD movies, and paid $50.00 for all of them at Game Stop. But when I got home to play them, all 6 were completely all scratched up, and kept freezing in my DVD player. I got so mad, that I just threw all 6 in my trash-can. I tried bring them back, but the cashier was extreamly cocky, and wouldnt give me my money back, or 6 new non-defective DVDs. I wasted all my $50.00 for nothing ! So im hoping maybe you could please help me out here. I always go to Game Stop, and NEVER had any problems, until now. Im really a good customer there for sure ! Please write me back. THANKS !

First of all it's movie stop, game stop sells games not movies..second they cheated us as well after we finished picking out our movies we were told one would be free then they deducted the cost of our "free movie" from the credit we had..then told us we still had over $16 left in credit so we picked out a $15 movie and was told we owed them $22..we put our last two movies back paid for what we had with our store credit and haven't been back since..
