Maytag Top Load Washer Serial # HAV4657EWW

I purchased a Maytag Washer from Sears with the "Extended Warranty" in 11-05. Since purchasing it the warm water cycle has not worked. Sears Repair has been out to my house 9 different times. My warm water cycle only works in the winter. In the summer the water coming out of the Flume is 62-70 degrees. Maytag says it needs to be at least 78-94 degrees. Sears refuses to change out my washer since it works in the winter time. I will never purchase another Maytag product or from Sears again.
