I always knew there was a reason why I never really wanted to use Bank =

of Amerika. Now this final bill has emphasized my reason so. When I =

first went to Bank of Amerika to cash a check, your bank wanted my thumb =

print. To date, have never committed a crime in my life, I saw no =

reason why a financial institution in America would need my thumb print. =

The only people that should need that is the Federal Bureau of =

Investigation and the local Police Not Bank of Amerika. I left and =

cashed my check elsewhere without a thumb print. =20

Your interest rate was low on a credit card so, like a fool I accepted =

it. Then when I mistakenly went to Travelation.com and went through =

their site, I called immediately afterwards to cancel whatever I had =

done on their site and quite frankly, to this day I do not remember =

giving my credit card number to them. In speaking to some dumb ass =

female there, she said she could find no records for me. I asked if she =

were sure. She said she checked all databases. Then your credit card =

statement came in with their charge on it. I filed a dispute. I have a =

couple of letters from your dispute department saying they could not or =

would not provide you with records of the transaction. After about 4 or =

5 months of wrangling back and forth, and with them repeatedly telling =

you that they had no records, Bank of Amerika must have harassed the =

shit out of that business, because low and behold, they produced =

records. Now why couldn't they do that when I called within their terms =

of agreement time period which is 24 hours to cancel? You know why? =

Because they don't want to give the money back. Now you are asking me =

to pay this bullshit bill after all this time? I think this is highly =

preposterous and it only tells me that you do not back your customers =

one bit.

The next issue as to why I should stay away from Bank of Amerika is =

because you are giving credit to illegal immigrants who really don't =

have to pay you back in the first place simply because they are illegal. =

They will simply go back across the border if it gets too "hot" for =

them here. But you are sure damn well going to make me pay for =

something that isn't right. Well, you can take this $114.32 and support =

which ever illegal immigrant you wish and while you are doing that, I =

will hit every complaint website out there on the internet and tell them =

just how you treat your American customers. Since this is only $114.32, =

I will let this one slide, but I can guarandamntee ya, if this was =

$1114.32 I would sue your ass and make this dispute last another 10 =

years before I pay. So, you take this money and you shove it up your =

rear until you choke on it. If I receive another piece of advertisement =

from Bank of Amerika, I will claim harassment by you people and file =

charges against you. I highly suggest you take my name and my mailing =

address off of any mailing list you have or any of your entities as I do =

not ever want to see another piece of mailing from you people ever =

again. Do you understand me? NOT ONE PIECE OF MAILING!
