Dish network ..who ever serves Burbank .Califf.My husband gets El Paso =

Texas service center..I don't even know where to start so Ill start with =

the latest..We ordered a #1 remote to have an extra one for the living =

room it cost/a19.95 and we paid it,They sent the wrong one and my =

husband has been calling for 3 days and talked to al least 15 different =

people and after a while they just put him on hold and never come back =

on the phone and no one understands what he wants ....alwe want is a #1 =

remote so we will have two for the living room and they sent a #2 for =

the bedroom that we don't need..This is unbelievable I wont even tell =

you about the rude dirty tatooed installer we had this is awful....M =
