Defective Gillete Vector Plus Cartridges

Dear Sir,

I Dev Kumar Ramchandani, am a regular user of Gillette products & am highly

disappointed to know that a company like Gillette has no provision for

receiving consumer complaints.

This is the third time that I am facing such a problem. The Green strip that

is provided for the soothing effect while shaving didn't even remain stuck

for the 1st shave and came out with the 1st stroke itself. The details of

the product purchased are as follows:

Kindly see to it that such cases are not repeated as such quality failures

are really disappointing and will lead to negative publicity for Gillette.
