I purchased an extended boat warrany from this company. I then

cancelled a couple days later. From that point (over six months ago), I

have been trying to get my money back. The boat is in two people's name

so we paid with another CC other than mine, which they were happy to

take at the time of the sale. Afterwards, I was told by Dave Gardner at

this company that was illegal and they would not give me my money back.

I then lodged complaints with the BBB online and other consumer online

posting sites. At that point, I was able to have them call me back

(each time this guy was abusive and rude). Next, i was told if I sent a

fax stating i had not claims and did not intended to report any on the

boat they would refund my money. I did this but no response. I kept

calling. Finally, Dave G told me if I had all the negative comments

removed he would refund me. Never happend. I then told them I would

continue to post internet comments and as a result, he called my

employer and reported me. My employer has had not part in this at all.

I just want my money back.
