store location later in the evening to complete the=0D=0Apurchase=2E When =

explained that the same product was advertised on their=0D=0Awebsite for $9=

9=2E99 & I had called earlier & confirmed it was in stock=0D=0Afor that pri=

ce=2E I suggested we pull up the website from the location to=0D=0Aview th=

e advertisement together=2E We pulled up the exact ad & printed it=0D=0Aof=

f=2E It was determined that Babies "R" Us had displayed, described, &=0D=

=0Apriced the unit incorrectly=2E Apparently the table pictured & describe=

d=0D=0Adid not match the name or the sku number for the product price liste=

d=2E =0D=0A=0D=0A =0D=0A=0D=0AI said that they should honor the price they=

advertised & was told "they=0D=0Ahave nothing to do with the Babies "R" Us=

online" & that they are "run=0D=0Aby completely different people"=2E I was=

directed at that time to an 800=0D=0Anumber to discuss the error with the =

online customer service=2E An online=0D=0Arepresentative told they would no=

t uphold the price advertised because=0D=0Athe item's description did not m=

atch the item's picture=2E I explained=0D=0Athat I was in the actual store=

with the sales representative & had the=0D=0Aad on the computer screen as =

we read from the items CORRECT tag & the=0D=0Adescriptions matched=2E I w=

as then transferred to Kai Gibson a=0D=0Asupervisor=2E Kai apologized for t=

he error but said they were not=0D=0Aaccountable to correct it outside of u=

pdating the website because the=0D=0Adescriptions are provided by the manuf=

acturer & the manufacturer had=0D=0Aprovided the wrong descriptions=2E I ex=

plained to Kai that I still felt=0D=0ABabies "R" Us was responsible to hono=

r the price they advertised=2E After=0D=0Aall they do choose the manufactu=

rers they deal with & are responsible to=0D=0Amaintain their own website=2E=

Kai's response was that if a discount was=0D=0Ato be made it would have t=
