Hefty zipper bags

I can't find any place on line to go straight to Hefty zipper bags. The entire last box of Hefty zipper bags that I bought did not seal. It was as if they were unzipping both ways. Please advise as to how to get in touch with the Hefty company. There is no phone number on the box. Thanks, Cindy Chambers
