On August 8, 2007, I purchased a download from Focus Today, Inc. for 9.95. =

It was called Animated Flash Cards. The web site stated once the money cl=

eared they would email me with instruction and a password so that I can dow=

nload what I purchased. This company has gotten my money and I have not re=

ceived the email with download instructions. I used their email address th=

at was given to get in touch with them about the problem. I never got a r=

esponse from them. Its now August 30th. This is a horrible way to do busi=

ness. I was buying this for my 9 year old child. Doing business in the na=

me of children and then ripping off money is just awful. Having consumers =

email them and don't respond is also is not good business. The email addre=

ss that was given was support AT focustoday.com. This company needs to refund=

me my money or give me the product I already paid for. The money was taken=

out my bank account on August 8th.
