Symantec Technical Support vanished !

Dear Complaints desk Manager,


 


Symantec Support is dead . It disappeared in the Bermuda triangle. No

survivors.


 


I was discussing two problems using email support, both having a subject

"ticket number".


Way too much emails (as usual) because Symantec support has always been

lousy, slow and unefficient anyway.


 


 


Both issues were stopped by Symantec with a last message asking me to

re-introduce my requests on the website, because they started a "much

better" service to help customers. They apologized for the inconvenience.


Any attempt to continue the pending conversations were aborted with the same

automated message !


 


I reintroduced both requests on the website, giving Symantec the pending

ticket numbers.


The proces of finding and asking support on the website is somehow like

Mission Impossible.


 


I introduced my requestst again and again, but the only reaction was each

time another automated response to acknowlegde the request, followed by .

nothing more.


 


Most Symantec products have countless problems and service does not exists.


Like many other customers are writing on the Internet, I will never buy

anything from Symantec again !
