Oasis Moving and Storage/Moving Company

To whom it may concern,

My complaint involves a moving company that has no respect for its customers

and is able to treat people as poorly as they feel with no consequence.

The fact that over a $1000.00 worth of damage was caused in a recent move

was secondary to the fact that this company has a record of shouting at a

customer, hanging up on them and accepting no responsibility for the

headache caused due to a lack of organization and poor management on their

part.

The worst part is that notifying organizations like the Better Business

Bureau and American Moving and Storage Association does no good. The moving

company clearly does not care who complains about them and sees no reason to

contact the client to rectify the problem. Once they have got your money you

are long forgotten. AMSA, on the other hand, only wants to get involved if

you are prepared to seek arbitration and they can make a buck of their own.

At the end of the day it is the consumer that suffers with no hope of

justice. Watch out for this company is my advice!!
