August 13 I ordered cigarettes online to Big daddys smokes and they =

charged my card and never shipped cigarette. I have tried to contact via =

their email because they have no phone number listed and they just =

ignored my inquiries. I had dealt with them for years and now they are =

not according to my order history say it is approved but does not show =

shipped. I have not received. Who do I complain to get my money back or =

cigarettes?

I Have Been Trying to Contact Bigdaddy Also! With No Responce! Sure Glad i Didn't Order from them and Get Stuck! There is A telephone Number listed but it says it's disconnected. I would suggest you contacting the Better Business Bureau for that state they will check them out!

I also ordered from Big Daddys on July 30th they charged my card but never shipped my order. I have dealt with them for over a year with no problems. What is going on. I have tried 15 times at their email, and nothing. I like to know who to complain to also.

We just received our order after waiting one full month. AFTER i ordered fromn another company online. I won't give them another chance. I can't afford to.

I am having the same issue with BUYDISCOUNTCIGARETTES.COM. They billed me twice for my order and have not shipped anything out yet, or given me a credit for the overbilling. It has been 11 days since I placed the order. The website has been up and down, they have removed the e-mail option and the phone number provided rings busy 24/7. Is anyone else having problems with this Company?

I TOO PLACED A ORDER WITH BIG DADDY AND THEY HAVE NOT SHIPPED ME. THEY TOOK PAYMENT BUT NO CIGS.

I wished I had read these complaints before I ordered from BIG DADDYS SMOKES. My order was 250.00 worth and they charged me the next day and I never received my order. I would appreciate it if anyone ever came across BIG DADDYS SMOKES phone number if, they could email me the phone number (sandramarie046@aol.com)and I gaurantee this I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau on their Business practices!!!

I'm in the same situation. Ordered $250 worth on 13 October. Billed on 15 October. Inquired daily since 17 October via their Contact Page, but no response other than the automated "We'll get back to you".

I'm contacting my Credit Union tomorrow to see if I can reverse the e-check.

I ordered on October 14. Check was cashed...no cigarettes. I'm not sure what's going on. I've been ordering from them for at least 5 years and not a problem until now...

Ok Here is a update. When im pissed I want restitution!!! So I did research and found the phone number to them crooked scam artist!! (606-658-0072) This is definately their number I called it. How I got it was I remembered I did Electronic Check aka ACH . So I looked at my bank records and right next to their name was their number in parenthesis..Long story but they are full of it and they lie! now if you call it dont let them lie to you dont back down!! I know I didn't buy their story of their roof caved in and they lost all their inventory lol I swear that is what the lady said to me .. she said oh we arent associated with big daddys then 2 minutes later when I said they scammed me she said well Mam their roof caved in but yet they arent associated with big daddys? please!!! I will get my money back!! whats important is everyone who was scammed needs to take the time period!! to report them to internet fraud. Ordered about $250.00 worth on October 15th. eCheck was cashed on October 16th. No shipping notification, can't get in touch with them via their "Contact Us" page or email. Seems there might be a bigger problem here...

My situacion the same. I ordered cigarettes $ 180 worth on Sept. 30, 2008 and my account was charged nex day. Cigarettes not received, no response from customer service

Same here. Order placed on October 13th no delivery, funds taken, order status indicates "approved," no responses to multiple inquiries. I have submitted complaints with BBB and Internet Crime Complaint Center.

Same thing happened to me ... I just called my bank to dispute the debit to my checking account. They will credit my account in 1 -2 business days after I return the form they are emailing to me. I bank with Chase. Call your bank - they can help you!

I ordered on May 21, 2009. Recvd order on June 12, 2009. They are slow but they do come through. I have ordered several times over the past couple of years. They say they want to make sure the e-check is cleared and they are not ripped off.

i also have placed a large order with big daddys smokes on line. the check for $264.55 cleared my bank on august 25th 2009. i have e-mailed them also twice now. i want my money back. please advise.
