Airtel landline billing improper Hi, I have requested to change my existing plan of Rs349 to Broadband combo 699 on my AIRTEL LANDLINE 011-42311723.It is in name of Nirmala Dabas.I asked them to remove existing 349 plan subscription and start 699 on my landline.I kept this request on 10thMarch. But airtel added 699 plan to my existing 349 plan.Thereafter i could not find this discrepancy as the first main page of bill statement nowhere mentions the plans activated and respective charges.It just says Monthly charges 1054 which is always confused that these are monthly charges including some tax and some sort of usage over 699. I came to knew this fraud with me when i just by chance had a deep look on second and third page where i could find some 349 writtern. I asked them and found that both were active since march whereas i needed only 699 and they are collecting bill from me for 2plans where i needed only one.I requested to look into matter and trace and give me compensation for the wrong plans activated under complaint number 1204800, but in reply i got a very rude call from customer care stating that we would not look what and who did it, you should have seen it earlier and we wont do anything on this. If the billing main page had been clear, i would have seen the billing earlier too. But i feel that they keep it blur intensionally and send wrong bills due to misunderstanding customers requests.
