Leather Care Program Product- Failure

To whom it may concern:

I obtained your information from the Stainsafe's

website in order to file a complaint against the use

of your product on my leather furniture.

The leather protection cream and leather soft cleaner

that come with the the leather care program was

recently used on my furniture and left a fairly large

spot on my couch that resembles a bleach and or milk

stain.

I took pictures and contacted the store that I got the

furniture from and they rec commended that I start

with your company while the furniture store contacts

the appropriate department for me to follow up with

them.

I would like to have a representative form your

company contact me regarding this issue.
