C & S Flooring of Woolwich, Maine, installed the hardwood flooring in my =

new house several years ago. I have had problems with it from the start. =

The boards were not properly acclimatized and absorbed excessive =

moisture, resulting in cupping within the first few months. This was =

soon followed by buckling so severe that baseboards popped loose all =

over the house. Manager Chris Peck sent a team to make repairs, but =

these were temporary at best. When the floor buckled once again some =

months later, causing most of my closet doors to fall out, Mr. Peck =

ignored my repeated calls for assistance. I suppose he no longer felt =

responsible at this point. I therefore urge all potential C & S Flooring =

customers to take their flooring business to a reputable dealer, one =

that fully guarantees its work.
