Assurian cell phone insurance. I bought the insurance for my five Verizon Wireless phones. And one of my phones got damaged so I called the insurance who told me that my phone was not in stock but that they would send a comparable model. So, when it came it was the cheapest piece of garbage phone I had ever seen. I called Verizon and asked if this phone was comparable to mine and Verizon told me that it didn't even come close to my phone. They said that they don't even really carry it in their stores because it's such a lousy phone. So I called the insurance company and after admitting that they just compare features to see if they are somewhat comparable and don't compare price at all, which just tells me that they did know they were sending me a substandard phone. They finally agreed that they would take this piece of garbage phone back and I would do without a phone until mine got off back order, but it would cost me an extra $20 reshipping fee! Excuse me?

They try to pull one over on me and when I call them on it they try to charge me for it? I don't think so!!!! Supposedly, the office of the CEO will call me back tomorrow, but I'm holding out no hope for a resolution on this.

iI just receved a replacemnet phone 2 weeks ago that had problems from the beginning. Called Assurion today and they basiclly told me they can't do anything for me.

What a crock. Why bother with them, they ship you refurbished phones and are surprised that there are problems and are not willing to anything about them

Not to say they are perfect bit we have used assurion for years and NEVER had a problem. Phones always arrived in 1 business day. They usally will tell you the model of phone they are sending if yours is not available

you are not the only one that this company has screwed. SO don't feel to bad I am going to drop them as soon as they get this mess fixed.

Had a phone replaced and the refurbished replacemrnt didnt work either. This first one was promassed to be to me NEXT DAY DELIVERY and 4 FOUR days later i get it. A motorola razer. So now I have to send this one back and than thay will send me a new one now I am sitting here no phone on the promassed date of delivery AGAIN. Now I have to go out to the next state for work... so plain and simple thay SCREWED ME AGAIN. if thay had just told the truth I could have had the phone sent to where I am going to be.


This company needs to be put out of business I am suggesting to everyone to cal the BETTER BUSINESS BURL and report them.
