I ordered a fruit basket for the death of my husband's boss. They promised

& emailed a confirmation that the basket would get there the next day. I

followed up that evening & they said they were "sorry" but the local florist

had run out of fruit. ?Absurd!!! Not even the decency of a phone call. Plus

the embarrassment of no basket going to the house where the family was. I

WILL NEVER ORDER THROUGH TELEFLORA AGAIN. I did dispute the same with my credit

card company & was refunded by my credit card company immediately. Teleflora

finally refunded me after I threatened to sue them.
