dish tv I had purchased a Dish TV from Radio Shack, Bangalore on Sunday, 19th August 2007. The dealer has promised me the installation people will finish the installation procedures with 4 hours of my purchase. According to the instructions received from the dealer, I had called your service center at 64541271 on Monday 1.30 PM. Mr. Murali has talked with me and he had assured that the installation will be finished by the end of the day. I even called him up in the evening and he has responded that a person has already started to my location in Ejipura. I asked for the mobile phone number of this person and he told this person doesn't carry a mobile. He has not yet reached my home yesterday or even today till 11.30 am. I called up your customer care number and talked with Miss. Priya yesterday night. Even she had assured me that the installation will be finished within 9pm yesterday. Again nothing happened. When I called up your installation person Mr. Murali at the number 9986506135 now, he's disconnecting my calls. I had a very pathetic and catastrophic experience from your service person as well as your dealers for my first purchase of Dish TV. Now I feel very bad on making a comment like I will be posting this details of complaint in each and every website and blogs if I'm unable to get the installation done and clarifications for this happenings in 3 hours time fro this mail.
