complaint against icci credit card

Dear sir,

Iam holding icicibank credit card.few months back i got a call from bank and

they asked me to register my hutch postpaid mobile number for facilty of

paying my bill through credit card before due date upon my

approval.irepeatedly asked the agent bout confirmation call to my

mobile before paying

the bill and was said that they will pay the bill only after my

approval.this whole process was done through mobile and i havent given any

sort of authorisation letter to the bank.

one month later i got a call from credit card division after my hutch bill

was generated.i said that i dont want to use this facility and asked them to

cancel it.fewdays later i call to icici credit card division to check

whether the facilty was cancelled or not and i was informed that i am not

having any facility like that and even in my internet banking login i

haven,t find hutch as my registered biller.

i had some query regarding my hutch bill and so i put the bill in hold but i

got a message to mobile from icici credit card division that they had paid

my hutch bill. i was quite unsatisfied with this and want to file a

complaint against them.i even send a notice through my lawyer to

icici.kindly suggest me means of solving this issue..
