Stop telephone harassment from AIS Collection Agency

I want to make a complaint about harassment from AIS Collection Agency,

Phone number: 888-920-1300.

My name is Robert McCann. I live in Murrieta, CA.

AIS have been calling my home and accusing me of not paying my bills.

I HAVE NO OUTSTANDING DEBT!!

Last week, I volunteered my social security number to prove that I am not

the Robert McCann that AIS is looking for. The representative agreed that

the last 4 digits of my SSN did not match the Robert McCann AIS IS looking

for. I asked for my name and phone number to be removed from their

system.

Today, AIS called for the 4th time and accused me of not paying my bills.

I volunteered my SSN and this time the representative said the last 4

digits of my SSN matched the SSN of the person they were looking for. The

AIS representative called me a 'little man' on the telephone and mocked my

Irish accent when I tried to make him understand he had the wrong person.

This type of verbal harassment is making me very angry and upsetting my

family.

I want AIS to stop harassing me, would like an apology, and want their

obnoxious representativeS reprimanded.
