I have purchased a reseller hosting package worth US$ 599/- from Ehost

L.L.C.


www.ehost.net is a Domain name registrar and Hosting service provider.


The company is located in Medina, WA 98039 under the name of Ehost L.L.C and

having a post Pox number as an address. Nowhere on their site do they have

any contact details, Phone numbers, Email or Physical address.


They claim to have a 24/7 Online chat customer service which never works.


They claim to have hosting with a 99.99% uptime but this is not true as my

service has been down since the past three days.


I have been complaining since 3 days and I only get a response saying that

it will take another 1 day for the service to resume since the servers are

being upgrading.


Is it not mandatory by law for companies to provide all their contact

details so they can be contacted in case of any dispute? Is it not

mandatory for Internet service companies to have certain disclosure policies

in place??


Thanks and would appreciate some direction to tackle the problems.
