Cingular Wireless - Yorba Linda, CA - Complaint

This is in regards to the following individual store:

Details:

We purchased a new Audi Q7 for my wife. Audi has the MMI System

which has bluetooth capabilities. At the time of purchase, Verizon

(our carrier) offered only one phone that would "pair" with Audi's

MMI, and we didn't like the phone. We discovered that our local

Cingular store carried several phones that would pair, so we switched

carriers. Big mistake.

My wife and I purchased two Sony Erickson phones and initiated a

phone plan. We charged the phones that evening and began using our

new phones the very next day. Immediately we found that the

reception was horrible. We could not make or receive phone calls

from either our home, or businesses (nursing homes) - both located in

Yorba Linda without the calls being dropped or lots of static on the

line. We were missing lots of incoming calls as well - business and

personal.
