Carpet

I am buying carpets from carpet Interiors (Carpet One) 5849 West 95th street, Oak Lawn, illinois 60453. The salesman is Bill Reed. Originall the carpet was to be sent out to be bound and delivered on Friday, August 23, 2007. It was purchased on Aug. 15. Bill Reed said that the carpet couldn't be delivered on Thursday, Aug. 23, but would be delivered on Friday, Morning Aug. 24, 2007. Here it is August 24th and no carpet. I called and was told that the carpet was still out to the binders and they had no idea the salesman, Bill Reed told me that it would be delivered Friday since it is still sent out and they don't have it. I do like like it when the salesman prommises delivery and then the delivery people have no idea that I was told it would be delivered. I will wait to see if the carpet comes, but on the assurances of salesman Bill Reed I took off work to be home for delivery. I don't want to take off work another day because he could'd be honest with

me.
