I went into the program with DRA to consolidate debt during the middle =

of a divorce. I have now paid all my bills. When I started the =

program, I was told that the initial payment of $891 would not go toward =

my debt, but would be refunded to me when I finished paying everything =

off.

DRA is now refusing to pay the $891 due me.
