They call me and told me that I can balance transfer the debt into a credit card that will save me money and which it did! After setting up the new account, I contact them and told them that I want to close the retail account for good. No problem right... Few weeks after I went to pay a payment. The account number said my current account. So I paid my payment and forgot it. Few weeks later they called and say I was pass due. I couldn't figure it out and said I pay extra that day. So now I have paid 290 so far. Few weeks later they called and called my work number. First thing first. I told them never call work because it's confidential phone number but they did called and harass the clients and I have gotten written up and almost fired. When they called when I was working they wanted money but I will not talk about the payment issues. Unless that person said these word Wells Fargo never to call my work place". Took 20 minutes of debating (My brother in law is a lawyer so I learn a lot). At this time I was pissed. So once I got home they called me and told I have broken the agreement. I told I haven't broken any agreement. I was talking to a women and told her to hold while I look on my bank account. I saw I paid two weeks early. The women said they did not receive it. Then I repeated to her that Wells Fargo problem and I have proof. So the women told to fax her the bank statement. Once I did and I haven't heard from them for a week. Then they keep calling looking for money. I told them what going on. That night I got a mail from my old retail account and showing me minus 290. I called them and told them that they taken my money and put it in my old account. They said, you are overdue and you need to bring you account under balance. I told them to transfer the money over. Wells Fargo said nope can't do that. I was getting so pissed. So I told this woman that I'm recording this phone conversation. She didn't like that very much. So I ask why wells Fargo misplaced my money. The women reply "I chose to pay that account and did not pay the other account". Who pays into an account that have no balance and suppose to be closed. So I called the retail dept. I have to fill out a form to get a refund and wait for 5 to 10 business days. I ask them why this account is not close. They said the account are never actually close. Then Well Fargo called me an hour later and looking for money. They called my home 5 times a day for a week. I told them what happen but really didn't care. So I was charge 150 dollars because Well Fargo misplaces my money.
Employees of Wells Fargo and lover of Wells Fargo. I work in a mental challenging waiver home. We do more restraints than any other home in my state. I been kicked, stab, bitten, broken bones at work. Over two year I have done over1000 restraints that more stress than police officers do. We even had police come and help us and they couldn't do it. Dealing with Wells Fargo was worst. No joke! I can handle stress and physical harm but a bank tells me I'm a liar and steals my money. Yeah it's only 150 bucks but that not the point. I should sue for emotional damaging and treated unfairly. Also this letter is going to be forward to Well Fargo and other party's that is interested in this story.
