We purchased a tv from this company and optioned for

the expensive service contract. We called in for

service (on 07-20-07)on our TV and seven weeks later

they have failed to fix the TV. Every time we contact

their service department the hang up or transfer us to

a rouge voice mail message. We requested to talk to a

manager to no avail. The service department people

are very rude and unsupportave. They have left us

without a TV for over seven weeks and do not care.

They are rude on the phone and have a common disregard

for their customers.

I HAD THE SAME EXACT THING HAPPEN TO ME - I SPENT OVER $900 ON A WESTINGHOUSE TV & THEN PAID AN EXTRA $350 FOR THE EXTENDED WARRANTY. AFTER JUST 18 MTHS THE TV IS DEAD. THEY PICKED IT UP THE DAY AFTER I CALLED- HOWEVER, IT'S BEEN OVER 3 WEEKS AND ALL I GET ARE EXCUSES. NO TV, NO OFFER OF A LOANER, NO APOLOGIES. THIS THE WORST EXCUSE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN. THE 1ST SERVICE PERSON I SPOKE TO SAID THEY NO LONGER EVEN CARRY THAT BRAND OR STYLE- SO WHY AM I BEING MADE TO WAIT WHILE CONN'S & WESTINGHOUSE DICKER OVER WHO IS RESPONSIBLE ??? AFTER THIS FARCE IS RESOLVED I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH CONN'S AGAIN -IN FACT I'M VERY CLOSE TO DEFAULTING ON WHAT'S LEFT OF MY LOAN. THEY CAN KEEP THEIR WORTHLESS TV & THEIR EQUALLY WORTHLESS EXTENDED WARRANTY !!!!
