Every try to reach Charter Communication to do anything? Don't waist

your time, it's Impossible.

They are obviously trying to route everyone to the internet to do what

Charter should be doing, customer service. They most likely are trying

to cut their work force again; no I don't work for Charter.

Go ahead try the numbers they provide for customer service,

888-Get-Charter or 800-827-8288 and I am sure many other numbers, you

will be placed in a loop that will never lead to anywhere.

I wish I had another choice, I would certainly take it!
