Capital One Credit Card

Capital One Credit Card---

I applied for a credit card through capital one and received the credit card. I never activated the card because I did not like the terms to the card. Capital One opened my account and charged me a membership fee and late fees for a card I never activated. They waved the late payment fee for the card I never used and still wanted me pay a membership fee. If I had not paid the $39 membership fee the company would have continued to charge me late fees.
