Air Ticket amount refund

Hi,

Hello I happened to book one ticket for me on 31/07/07 from Mumbai to

Bangalore (Air Deccan) scheduled to be departed on 06/07/07. The booking was

through internet online. When I booked for the first time, on the same day

the website ( airdecan.com) showed me an error stating "there was a problem

in the reservation and your request was not processed". Based on the error

message, I once again tried booking the ticket and again the system showed

the same error. Then i logged off and not tried again but the ticket amount

Rs. 2049.00 has been debited from my ICICI account. Till today i have not

received the amount credited back to my account nor received the ticket in

my mail.

Kindly credit my amount at the earliest.
