I Have one of your Bexbissell cleaners the proheat 1698k purple.

I purchased this in 22nd 09 04

I took extra insurance out whitch this item is now into.

but i am very dissapointed with service and performance of machine.

It has been away three times and handle broke.

we have had to replace three belts flap snapped under dirt lifter front =

rollers worn at side and does not gripped also does not clean thick

carpets

wE end up cleaning one carpet and thats it something goes wrong

I had a vax cleaner which never had a problem.

I would like a replacement or my money back

ITS been out of action more times than its been used

I work for a well known electrical often get asked what best cleaner to =

buy. =20
