Dear Sir or Madame,

I am writing to post a complaint in regards to the company, CJ Industries.

Well over a year ago (in 2006) i ordered their product for an introductory offer. For months to follow, I was charged 75 dollars for the product. I severed my consumer relationship with them in late 2006, with all accounts paid in full. I was assured that no other monetary responsibilities were necessary.

Now, over a year later, I supposedly have an account with them in collections. Supposedly they notified me of a severance fee of 64.99. The account is supposedly in Phase 2 of collections for this fee. When I finally was able to get a hold of a representative from the Credit Management Collections company, the representative claimed that they, and other companies, and tried to get a hold of me various times regarding this issue. This is not the case. The phone calls I received from CMI, were promptly returned, and I never was able to speak to anyone, until today.

I was never notified in writing by CJ Industries of my obligation to pay this contract severance fee. I was not contacted about this until this month (8/2007). I believe this company is completely a scam company and will be reporting them to the BBB and FTC.
