Royal Jordan Airlines Dear Sir, The reason that I am sending this email to you is to lay complain about Royal Jordan Airlines (RJA). Ath RJA office in Khartoum,Sudan, I purchased a ticket from Khartoum to Athens,Greece on the 12th May 2007 with my credit card. My flight was supposed to be on the 30th of July 2007. As I am currently serving for United Nations in Sudan, due to security problems and my deployement to Darfur, Sudan. I went to the RJA office to cancel my ticket on the 13th of June (one month before) When I was there, I was told that they would refund the airfare to my credit card account and to check my balance within two weeks. I left the original ticket at their office. I have also attached the correspondance between RJA and me. And all I have got that a simple reply that the ticket was not refundable. They have not explained the reason for nonrefunding and I was not satified with the reply. When I was in Athens, I went to the RJA office and I was told that the ticket was not refundable, I still do not know why, but tax is refundable. I sent another email on the 15th of July. I have got no response from RJA since then. As a customer of RJA, I feel that I have been ignored by them. So I kindly request you to advise me what else I can do? Best regards.
