In those 22 years we never been in court for any of our projects, including this one.We offer full warranties on all of our projects, unless it is a natural occurrence, Efflorescence is just that.Wikipedia describes Efflorescence,"As it typically occurs during the the initial cure of a cementitious product." "As the water evaporates, it leaves the salt behind, wich forms a white, fluffy deposit that can normally be brushed off." " Since primary Efflorescence brings out salts that are not ordinarily part of the cement stone, it is not a STRUCTURAL, but rather, an aesthitic concern." This is not a case where the project is ruined, it becomes a maintenence matter. A periodic cleaning is the solution for this situation, wich is exactly what we did for Ed L, ON acouple occasions. M L C does not have any complaints with the contractors board and has never been in court. This has nothing to do with an "Inferior Product." It is a natural occurrence that is out of everyones controll. We are sorry Ed L is not happy in this situation. We are simply protecting our name that we have built for the past 22 years. There is a reason why this complaint is on this website and not with the contractors board. Again we are sorry to Ed L and we assume he has done his homework since we never went to court.
