The sales agent Rafeal picked up and told me that the vehicle was on the lot and I should come in to view it; however he was puzzled with the stock number I gave him. I described the vehicle to him to ensure that it was the same one I was looking at online and he affirmed it claiming that he was touching the car and to come to the lot right away. I mentioned to him that I would have to travel a far distance to see the car and wanted to ensure that it was there. Before I ended the call he said just call back to ensure the car is there, which was again suspicious. I called again to setup an appointment and the person who answered the phone reaffirmed the car was in the system but he would check on it and to call back. This time I asked to speak to the manager who finally gave me a straight answer that the car was sold.</DIV> <DIV class=RTE> </DIV> <DIV class=RTE>The ad for this car is still posted on its website and cars.com. Even though their online system may not be "up to date," the sales people claim that the car is on the lot to pull you in.</DIV> <DIV class=RTE> </DIV></div><br clear=all><hr> <a href="http://g.msn.com/8HMAENUS/2746??PS=47575" target="_top">More photos, more messages, more storage—get 2GB with Windows Live Hotmail.</a> </html> From: Message Author (click here to email author)Date: Wednesday, 15-Aug-07 03:57:44 CDT Business: Reply Online Consumer: Comment On This |
