Aqua Guard Total RO (Water purifier)... bought on 6th Aug. 07.... @ Kanchipuram

To the concerned at Eureka Forbes, AquaGuard Total RO - products

a) I have bought the said system on 6th Aug 07. Installed on the same

day. Purchased against loan with one month settlement.

Paid by cash Rs. 8,500/-

PD cheque given for the balance amount dt 15.09.2007

Unit supplied from Pallavaram area, by Mr. Senthilkumar.

b) Same day evening experience the water leaking from the connection

and over flow. My kitchen was flooded with water during night.

c)Complained on 7th Aug 07. Mr. Senthilkumar assured that service

personnel will be attending before 9th Aug.

d) Your service person attended the unit only on 12th Aug. 07. He came

from Ambattur. Replaced one component (used one, not with new). No

water leakage at that moment. As per him the unit should be

at the same place of where it was installed.

e) On 12th Aug 07 night around 9pm, the unit was over flowing again

drenched entire kitchen. It was same even after the service personnel

positioned.

I am totally disappointed on the quality of the equipment sold to me.

Now, I want the equipment should be REPLACED with new one and NOT TO

BE SERVICED.
