Sir,

I lost 15000/- when I withdrew the same from PNB Sadar

Bazar ATM on 7/7/07 as the SBI ATM adjacent to that

was out of order. It seems the PNB ATM too was

malfunctioning and even though I did not receive the

money from the ATM, my bank statement from SBI ATM at

Langer House Branch in Hyderabad on 7/9/07 revealed

that the amount had been debited to my account on

7/7/07. I have already registered a complaint with

the local SBI branch. I have not yet either received a

reply or got the amount credited to my account.

Kindly look into the matter and get the grievance

settled as early as possible.
